Event: Is Growth Good?

The artisan sector is a $500B+ industry, yet the majority of indigenous artisans are living in poverty and are socially isolated. For many organizations that employ artisans and seek to bring their goods to global markets, growth is the goal. More sales means more employment, which means more impact.

But is growth the answer? Or are smaller-scale approaches more likely to address inequities?

Join us and leaders of artisan organizations for this free, public program, where we’ll explore these questions and launch a new series of case studies focused on critical questions facing the artisan sector.
